Do I really need experience?
How about Job Openings that says "NO Experience" required?
You might have already came accross youtube videos saying that there are job openings in Canada that requires "NO Experience". Sasabihin ko na agad sayo, yumayaman sila sa views habang ikaw umaasa.
Pero you might argue with me saying na ang dami mo ring nakikitang job postings na nakalagay "NO Experience required - Will train". And that's true! You can apply to this job postings ONLY if you are already legally allowed to work in Canada, like if you already have an Open Work Permit or PR.
BUT if you are applying to get a job offer to support your employer-specific work permit application, then an experience is a MUST.
It's true that it's not required by the employer BUT during your work permit application, you'll be required to submit a Certificate of Employment. You will need to show that you have the relevant experience for the job.
In fact, failed to do so will be the ground for refusal.
So kahit swertihin ka na makahanap ng employer and makatanggap ng job offer with positive LMIA, your Work permit application can be denied and nagsayang ka ng oras at pera.

And while reading randomly sa Justice Laws Website, I saw this.
(3) An officer shall not issue a work permit to a foreign natonal if
(a) there are reasonable grounds to believe that the foreign national is unable to perform the work sought;
Anyway, I doubt you'll even get a job offer kasi sobrang daming tao talaga na gusto makapag Canada. Hindi lang po Pinoy ang gustong makalipat sa Canada.
Even if that job opening says "NO Experience" required, meron at merong mag apply jan who has the experience already and that's your disadvantage.
Anyway, I never really mean to discourage anyone. If you disagree with me, and you think you can migrate to Canada by applying to those job openings, PLEASE DO SO.
